Well, this has happen to me a few times but I'm not sure how it happened
but "report a bug" tells me that Firefox has crashed and it wasn't even
open and I wasn't using it. At the time I was doing a update, and just
recently closed Firefox (Approx. 4 min). Thats all the info I have on it
at the moment, sorry I couldn't be more helpful... :(
