Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kmail

According to http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html:
  "The KDEPIM package should depend on libgpgme >= 0.4.7. If it does not,
complain to the packager. This library is now required to build KMail, not the
least of reasons being that you, the user, don't need to bother with compiling
that yourself anymore."

I have KMail installed:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -l kmail
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold
| Status=Not/Installed/Config-files/Unpacked/Failed-config/Half-installed
|/ Err?=(none)/Hold/Reinst-required/X=both-problems (Status,Err: uppercase=bad)
||/ Name           Version        Description
+++-==============-==============-============================================
ii kmail 3.5.2-0ubuntu6 KDE Email client

I don't have libgpgme:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -l libgpgme
No packages found matching libgpgme.

Thank you.
