Public bug reported:
Dapper: the keyboard shortcuts applet is complete rubbish.
It opens a dialog with only 3 items:
Desktop
Sound
Window Management
and says to select one and type in an accelerator.
This is obviously wrong. My 'Alt-tab' accelerator is lost
and can't be installed (I use that extremely heavily).
Also no 'Help' is provided.
