Public bug reported:
I upgraded from breezy to dapper with the upgrade button in Upgrade
Manager.
The display in breezy was fast at 1280x1024. In Dapper it is very
clunky.
Moving windows is very jerky, but in breezy it was not.
Scrolling in Firefox and OpenOffice is jerky, but in breezy it was not.
