Binary package hint: pbuilder
The pbuilder package in dapper depends on cdebootstrap | debootstrap, so
when universe is activated in sources.list, cdebootstrap gets installed
instead deboostrap. However, cdeboostrap from universe is not patched
for Ubuntu, so it's unable to create a dapper chroot, and pbuilder
fails.
