Public bug reported:

The USB flash drive is a 2GB PQI U339 part number: BB03-2037-0111

I first checked on the ubuntu dapper installed on my main hard disk,
after booting up, first time I insert the flashdrive is automounted.

Then I can see in dmesg that all modules are loaded and ok, but nothing gets
automounted (however pmount manually works).
I attach debug info from this installation of dapper.

An interesting thing is that I've got the same behaviour even when
booting from ubuntu 6.06 desktop install cd and even when booting from
kubuntu 6.06 desktop install cd.

I have no problems automounting other USB flashdrives.
The flash drive in question works ok in windowsxp on several PCs.
