I have now solved this one. I changed my access point from channel 12 and down to 6. Then iwlist scan did show my access point, my computer connected, and did got an ip adr. through dhcp...
Then the big question is.. why doesn't this card work under ubuntu on channel 12. I have another laptop, wich worked fine with ubuntu on channel 12.
