Dear Students and Colleagues,

The 2nd Symposium of Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Studies
(SIAIS) , will be held on September 25-26, 2020, at Yeditepe University,
Istanbul. Speaker biographies, program, and abstracts of the talks will be
updated on the symposium website as the program proceeds.

The deadline for paper submission is July 17, 2020.

Topics:

The Symposium of Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Studies (SIAIS)
aims to bring together researchers from different disciplines who adopt and
utilize AI methods in their own field of research. SIAIS is therefore going
to provide a platform where recent developments and the impact of these
developments in areas such as – but not limited to – medicine,
architecture, communication, education, arts and humanities can be
discussed. The potential impacts of AI on social life and the possible
ethical concerns it may raise will also be in the scope of the meeting.

Papers:

The minimum length of a paper should be five pages (around 2500
characters). The minimum length of a regular paper should be five pages.
The submission language is English. All paper submissions are evaluated by
peer reviewers who make recommendations to the Program Committee. If
accepted, we expect at least one author to give an oral presentation at the
symposium. The papers may be submitted to/accepted by other conferences; we
do not publish proceedings or require copyright.
