Try downloading my IP Log Streaming Component, it includes an EXE demo application testiplog.exe illustrates use of TMagIpLog as a TCP or UDP client or server, and both in the same program sending data locally. Put the EXE on both PCs, configure one as server, the other as client, and start sending data between them (it works both ways).
