i just checked, and that's true. In the Thunderbird version, there is a 
multipart mixed, in which is a multipart alternated, in which is the text 
version and another boundary, a multipart related with the html and the 
attachment.
But, i feel like the thunderbird and outlook express versions are both more 
"logical". The related boundary contain the picture used in the html, and the 
mixed boundary contain both the text of the mail, and the attachments.
The thmlsmtpcli component puts the attachment in the multipart/related boundary.

Yep, here too, but my customer's customers may not have one of thoses mail 
clients :-)

Here i tried only with one, but soon i would be able to test 5 others webmails.

i'm not the one who decide. The customer is :-(
Anyway, I must admit that i'm not sure to be able to change the source code for 
that kind of stuff.
