I am looking at your FTP proxy issue, however I've wasted an hour setting up Squid with useless out of date documentation, only to find it does not actually support 'SOCKS' or indeed FTP in any sensible manner I can find, and does not respond to FTP on the only open port which is for HTTP.
Can you please confirm your suggested 3Proxy actually supports FTP and SOCKS, and can be set-up within resorting to wasted Goggle searches? If you need socks proxy for testing, you could use Squid or 3proxy (http://3proxy.ru/?l=EN) -- To unsubscribe or change your settings for TWSocket mailing list please goto http://lists.elists.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/twsocket Visit our website at http://www.overbyte.be
