Sorry Dave, your tools are letting you down again. Michael did in fact post with plain text. His original email included both a text/plain part and a text/html part. Now I'm no friend of posting in HTML, I think it's a poor idea from both a technical and social perspective, but I also realise that the horse has bolted on that one. The best we can hope for is for mail clients to do the right thing when posting in HTML and also provide a plain text version.
