At a very basic level you just need to get the python program to spit out html on stdout and set it up as a cgi program. But in practice there is more to consider and the topic guides should give you a feel for things. I'm actually writing a couple of new topics for my tutorial that covers web programming but at the current rate of progress they won't be finished till the end of the year!
