For all you firefox users out there, create a bookmark in your "Quick searches" bookmark folder with the keyword 'python' and the location 'http://www.python.org/doc/current/lib/module-%s.html'.
Then, you can just type (for example): "python random" into the search bar, and go straight to http://www.python.org/doc/current/lib/module-random.html.
