I agree. In fact, I never did use any of the proudly proclaimed features of IncrediMail . When several of you on the tutor list showed me that IncrediMail caused frustration, I agreed to, and did, switch to Thunderbird. Before Danny's suggestion, I did not know of the existence of Thunderbird. Now if I can only get Thunderbird to quit treating the up and down arrow as a page up or page down, whenever it's at the top line or bottom line of what it thinks is a page.
