Hi Alan, Yes, this is a Windows-specific thing. Unfortunately, Windows's treatment of shell scripts is slightly inconsistant. However, there are workarounds by making a '.CMD' file. See: http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Cookbook/Python/Recipe/366355 for details.
