longer forces focus on the password entry, but we still need to verify
that unity8/qtmir do the right thing here.

* start terminal app
* lock the phone immediately
Expected:
* keyboard not visible over the welcome screen (should it ever show?
shouldn't the window be unfocused, and so not be able to have a keyboard at
all?)
