my mozilla and crome, two browsers is not sent any mail for pdf attachment how can solve this issue, lot of time i try to gmail and outlook the pdf file is not attached why

I tried to print a PDF-file, but there weren't any output. Note that I can print with the Fedora box, so (I think), it's a Ubuntu problem. I went to the CUPS webpage (http://127.0.0.1:631), and in the Jobs section, I found that my PDF couldn't be printed, and I got this message: Print file was not accepted (Unsupported format 'application/pdf'). Searching into Launchpad.net, and all over the Internet, I learned that the problem may be related to the pdftops, from the poppler-utils package. But I couldn't solve it, even trying to convert the PDF file to a PostScript one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Ricardo.
