Bug description:
"man ubuntu-bug" doesn't contain any information about possible
command line switches (like ubuntu-bug -w for finding the appropriate
package by pointing at an open window) - one only can find those by
invoking "ubuntu-bug --help"
I expected to get a short help with --help but to get all pertinent
switches via the man page
