You can find those numbers in settings -> phone -> services. Why would
those be imported as contact? Other systems like android don't import
special numbers as contacts either...

  ubuntu touch contacts app: no access to contacts on SIM

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On my SIM there is a set of predefinded Contacts. (Voicemail et al). These 
contacts are not displayed by the contacts app. You have to import them to you 
personal addressbook first. 
  Why is this?
