I suspect this could have been a server issue since at the time, I heard
from others that they were able to add a new review. I don't notice
anything in the scope-registry.log. I will keep trying a few more times
and will upload the log file when that happens.

Bug description:
Tried editing an existing review of app Fahrplan, but on pressing
send, the app preview just refreshes and shows the old review. Neither
the ratings nor the new review description seem to be updated.
