Bind mounts only display the device mount, not the from directory.
The mount works, but the mtab entry is incorrect.
# From LVM device, to LVM device.
mount -o bind /home/rfoos /srv/nfs4/homes
# From Raid device, to LVM device
mount -o bind /mnt/raid/var/lib/libvirt /var/lib/libvirt
# With corrected fstab entries (below) mount -a does work
mount -a

/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root /srv/nfs4/homes ext4
