So it started working (I noticed it yesterday evening) on my install, I have Ubuntu 15.10 installed on a Dell notebook, when I minimize apps with launcher hidden the icon pops out. But I also have Ubuntu 15.10 installed on my desktop in Virtualbox and did a live session with a daily build where it doesn't work. Just wanted to pass this on.
