Title:
Dragging objects in a nested server or a client stutters slightly

Status in Mir:
  Fix Released
Status in mir package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Dragging objects in a nested server or a client stutters slightly. You
can see this in the new mir_demo_client_eglsquare, or when dragging
  windows in a nested server.

This is due to the 55Hz input resampling rate. Every 12th frame or so
is skipped (5 frames per second on a 60Hz display).
