Bug description:
Test case.
- Make sure phone is not plugged in.
- In the greeter screen, long press power button to display power dialog.
- Tap to reboot.
Expected result.
- Must take similar time than stable.
Actual result.
- Stable takes 30 seconds to show the bq white screen.
- 274 takes bewteen than 2 and 3 minutes to show the bq screen.
