Had used Here and Google Maps to check this, but this problem was fixed by the r22 upgrade release this week. The phone grab the right position without GPS now.

Work pretty well within wlan, so hamburg is hamburg and environment. When i leave the house and congstar radio is used, the locations jumps to schwalmstadt (hesse) what is 500km far away from hamburg. Going back into my wlan the location service is able to switch to hamburg again. Congstar use the t-mobile.de APN, don't know if that is related for this bug. All apps and programs related to the location service jump between hamburg and schwalmstadt.
