a guess here is that something might have crashed, and is hogging resources writing the crash file. can you check /var/crash/ and if you have something there....that might be related. run apport-cli on the file to process, upload and report to errors.ubuntu.com

Please let me know what information you need from me next time this happens. When I press the power button to come back from sleep, it can take up to 20 seconds before the screen appears. After that, unlocking the phone also takes a lot of time, about 5 seconds. Opening the drawer happens immediately... Most of the time there is only one or two apps open. The browser has always been open when I had this. Please let me know what information I need to get next time this happens!
