Title: "Missed calls" not displaying translated (first boot only, upstart job env issue) Status in telephony-service package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Test case. - Switch the phone to Spanish in System Settings > Language. - Receive a phone call and drop it from the other device. Expected result. - A notification is displayed in the messaging indicator. - The notification is translated.
