Pawel can you give handsome_feng a suggestion about this? https://code.launchpad.net/~feng-kylin/unity8/openPrepopulatedScopeInManageDash/+merge/257616 seems a bit of a workaround of the real issue to me, but if you say not calling root.scope.activate(result); is the right way to go for already favorited scopes I'll review handsome_feng's code.
