After logging in to regular user, then logging in to admin, logging back out and logging back in to regular user again the top and side menus are unresponsive to mouse clicks. That is, the left menu bar programs do not respond to mouse left clicks (not sure if right mouse clicks do anything to these menus), including the Ubuntu search center, as well as the top right User options. Mouse clicks work on inside applications, such as Firefox, meaning, Firefox must have been previously open before switching to admin and back because otherwise the mouse can't be used to open Firefox! Programs can be opened from Software center by pressing Alt-F2, typing the name and then pressing Enter at the exact match. Clicking the mouse on the search results is unresponsive. This bug doesn't appear when switching between two regular users, only between initial regular user and admin and back again.
