Ubuntu 12.10 is no longer supported, please upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
or higher and report a new bug using ubuntu-bug if the problem is still
present.

Title:
  I can no longer print an .svg file from Inkscape.

Status in cups package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I used to be able to print files to my printer without issue from Inkscape.  
I no longer can.  I can print from something simple like Leafpad for instance.  
No error is indicated on the printer.
  The print manager (via selecting the print icon in the status window area) 
shows 'Processing' forever.
