Bug description:
  Using rtm 240 on a bq device
  - use 2 SIMs
  - select SIM 2 as default
  - remove SIM 2
  - receive a call on SIM 1 and miss it
  - reply to the missed call from the messaging menu

  -> the reply is discarded without any error or user feedback

  The code should check that the configuration is valid and restore a
  sane default if it's not
