Title: Keyboard gets dismissed when opened in messaging app immediately after boot Status in Ubuntu Keyboard: Fix Released Status in ubuntu-keyboard package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: It appears that something removes focus from the messaging app's input field if it is the first field the keyboard is displayed in after start up. This doesn't occur if the keyboard has already been displayed (e.g. from a passphrase login).
