Bug description:
Dual screen setup.
Steps:
1. place window 1 on screen left and window 2 on screen right
2. click on window 1, it's title should appear on the left screen top bar
3. click on window 2, it's title should appear on the right screen top bar
4. click on window 1, it's title should appear on the left screen top bar
All fine, but step 3 causes the title of window 1 on the left screen to
disappear from the title bar while step 4 causes the title of window 2 on the
right to disappear from the title bar. It would be nice if the title bar would
be persistent.
Also, when a window is between screens and is in focus, it should have
it's title bar active on all of the screens.
