What happens: The GPU temperature gets very high when running OpenGL games. For example, running "The Talos Principle Public Beta" from Steam in Ubuntu the GPU temperature will go up to 95-98C but running the same in Windows 8.1 (on the same laptop) the temperature stays below 80. The same thing happens when running other games and games in wine.
