Bug description:
  1. Open a video with mediaplayer-app from the video scope.
  2. Start seeking, slowly, rapidly, back and forth.
  3. Observe that eventually, video stops displaying while audio can still be
heard.

  Expected results:

  1. Video playback is robust and video always displays no matter how
  much seeking is done.
