I can't reproduce this on krillin, rtm image #234.
Some questions, to try to reproduce it:
* is this happening with all apps, or just with some?
* in step 2) do you wait until the app is finished installing (and the progress
bar is replaced with the Uninstall and Open buttons), or do you press the back
button immediately after pressing Install?

0. Add Ubuntu one account.
1. Go to Ubuntu Store and install 'App of the week' (or any other).
2. press the back button and again click on the same app
What happens:
We can install the app again as there is no 'Open' or 'Uninstall' button,
rather we have 'Install' button.
