xubuntu java scroll artifacts

Bug description:
In programs that runs with Java like jEdit or NetBeans when scroll
horizontally text change into artifacts. When I run jedit with
-Dsun.java2d.xrender=True parameter then work fine, but program not
show icons on startup.
