Bug description:
History-service used to provide a tool to import logs from telepathy-
logger. This tool is not necessary anymore and thus needs to be
removed.
This will also help reducing the build dependencies it currently has
as TelepathyLoggerQt5 and QtGLib won't be necessary anymore to build
this package.
