changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running
apport-collect <bug #> and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

applications does not open , mouse stucks in the corner

Bug description:
So I have updated my ubuntu to 13.10 and after update my OS started to
work very badly like when I move my mouse to sidebar it stucks and you
need to push it few times to get it out also my new APPLICATIONS
doesn't open.. the point is that it shows that it is open but I cannot
see it on the screen i cannot use it...
