You did correctly. When this happens can you please run this in the terminal: xwininfo -root -tree | grep "launcher"
and post here the output. Likely for some reason the input window has a wrong geometry, the output should help us to see if this is the case. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1403827 Title: Unity sidebar sometimes not clickable after suspend Status in Unity: Incomplete Status in unity package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: After a suspend and resume the unity sidebar (which I have on autohide) will still show when I move my cursor to the left edge, but I am not able to click any items or use the scroll wheel to switch operations. Also when I move the cursor away from the edge (but still on the sidebar) the sidebar slides away. I estimate, that this bug happens about every 5% of the time I suspend. I have a feeling that it happens more often when I unplug or plugin a second monitor during the Computer is suspended. I have not figured out a way to reproduce it, yet. After restarting unity with `unity & disown` it works again.
