Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Contacts
2. Wait for the 'You have no contacts' dialog to appear
Expected result:
Dialog is displayed over the Contacts app without visual glitches
Actual result:
Behind the dialog is a translucent black square as shown in the attached
screenshot
