Moving this to the click scope, as pay-ui is only used during purchasing at this point, and not during uninstall.

If I hit back, I go to the store again but the app still looks as installed. IF I go to another category (which aren't refreshed quick enough either), and then go back to the category I was looking at in the first place, it then shows correctly as uninstalled.
