Bug description:
I generally use my x230 attached to a docking station + external
monitor etc.
Using the restart or shutdown options from with Ubuntu results in the
laptop going into standby mode if the lid of the laptop is closed.
Opening the lid wakes up OK at which point the requested action does
complete.
