Public bug reported:

When I try to print something, openoffice doesn't find the printer (HP model
psc1215 aio) and it find "generic printer".
When I go into the printers' settings it says that the printer service isn't
enabled, it asks me to connect to CUPS server, I write the ip of the server
"localhost" and it says that CUPS failed to connect to the server.
I'm on Ubuntu 14.10, the CUPS packagi is at version 1.7.5-3ubuntu2, I was
expecting that the printer was going to print, but nothing happened

** Affects: cups (Ubuntu)
