Hi Charles,
I remember reporting this bug in 2022, but I don't remember where the file is 
anymore, or what laptop I used, or much else.  It is too far back.  I have not 
encountered it since either, so I think the best we can do with this bug report 
now is to close it for lack of information.

Bug description:
  Hi,
  I'm not sure the problem is in gstreamer1.0, but it could easily be.  When I 
played my first video from my newly acquired second-hand, previously crashed 
drone, it made me worry.  Fortunately, for me, it appears not to be a hardware 
problem with my drone.  Attached is a screenshot, where I froze the video so 
you can see the effect.  The video plays in VLC and on an Android phone just 
fine.
