Bug description:
Please move the donation-reminder-override to debian/ubuntu-
settings.gsettings-override in ubuntu-settings.
And then remove https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/gnome-settings-
daemon/-/blob/ubuntu/latest/debian/patches/ubuntu/gsd-donation-
reminder-Disable-for-Ubuntu-sessions.patch
A gsettings override with an ":ubuntu" suffix should be a cleaner way
to handle this.
