    - Change package maintainer to Ubuntu Kernel Team.
    - Fix linux-base-sgx lintian warnings and add overrides.

  Aborting the removal of the running kernel triggers apport

Bug description:
  If a user tries to remove the running kernel, they get a warning and
  are asked if they really want to continue. If they decide not to,
  i.e., abort the removal of the running kernel, apport is triggered and
  wants to submit a bug report. That should not happen.
