I don't know what's going on here, but this package was build by the GNU
coreutils; the rust-coreutils do not support the -f flag at all.

  fails in the test phase. The ls command does handle the ls command
  correctly.

  The output of ls -lat and ls -latf should be the same except for
  sorting but it is not.
