Bump to latest Modem Manager stable release to include multiple fixes [1] 

[Test case]
The upgrade version should not break WWAN functions, we should run test on as 
many as possible WWAN chips

[Where problem could occur]
This point release include some Modem Manger behavior change during 
suspend/resume. This risk should be medium
